REGLAS BÁSICAS DEL INVERSIONISTA DE FOREX<br>
Considerando que el mercado de divisas es el más líquido y volátil de cuantos existen, todo principiante de Forex debe ante todo acatar al pie de la letra las reglas básicas al momento de invertir:<br>
a- No invertir nunca más dinero del que pueda permitirse perder y nunca endeudarse para acceder a este mercado.<br>
b- Limitar y moderar el riesgo en cada inversión y sobretodo no deslumbrarse por altos apalancamientos (superiores a 20:1) en busca de mayores beneficios. Generar ganancias de un 3% a 8% mensual es más que suficiente. Exigirle más ingresos a este negocio es arriesgarse a perder el capital inicial.<br>
c- Sólo invertir en cuentas administradas por expertos en trading. No invertir por cuenta propia, en especial si el inversionista no dispone del tiempo o la experiencia suficiente para analizar el mercado y tomar las decisiones correctas o no cuenta con un software e indicadores financieros de apoyo apropiados, que sean rápidos, asertivos y eficientes.<br>
d- Siempre diversificar la inversión distribuyendo el capital en diferentes cuentas… pero hacerlo de manera inteligente y a través de los traders y brokers acreditados.<br>
Un futuro tiene dos ventajas inmensas respecto a su activo subyacente: permiten al inversor aprovechar los dos lados de la bolsa, el alcista y el bajista.<br>
Los futuros sobre índices o divisas para cubrir una posición al contado son muy usuales, pero también hay que hablar del otro uso moderno de los derivados: las estrategias para especular.<br>
Un futuro tiene dos ventajas inmensas respecto a su activo subyacente:<br>
- Permite desembolsar solamente una fracción del capital invertido (la garantía); es el principio del apalancamiento<br>
- Se puede comprar o vender sin tener el activo subyacente. En otras palabras, el inversor puede jugar con los dos lados del mercado y ganar dinero sea cual sea la tendencia, alcista o bajista. En concreto, los futuros son la forma más barata y transparente de abrir cortos en el mercado, por supuesto si su broker le ofrece el servicio.<br>
El lado alcista es intuitivo: comprar un activo y venderlo después. El lado bajista merece una explicación adicional: un inversor puede abrir una posición en corto (bajista) mediante una venta a crédito. Por ejemplo, puede abrir un corto en Telefónica mediante la venta a crédito de títulos de Telefónica: es decir, la venta de títulos que NO tiene en cartera y que alguien le presta, para luego recomprar los títulos en mercado a un precio más bajo y devolverlos, ganando la diferencia entre el precio de venta y el de compra.<br>
Para hacerlo, tiene que encontrar una entidad dispuesta a prestarle los títulos correspondientes. <br>
Problema: la liquidez, como muchos inversores saben. Además, las ventas a crédito no permiten al inversor minorista invertir en un índice bursátil a la baja, salvo si vende a crédito una cesta de ¡35 valores!<br>
Un futuro sobre índice es la solución más simple y eficiente para hacerlo. Tomamos el ejemplo del Ibex 35. Un inversor quiere aprovechar una corrección del índice desde 12.200 puntos hasta 11.500 puntos. Vende un futuro en 12.200 puntos, es decir, abre una posición de un futuro a la venta (en corto). Cada 100 puntos de caída del índice le da una ganancia de 1.000 euros (como hemos explicado en módulos anteriores, cada punto del Ibex son 10 euros en su futuro). El índice baja hasta 11.500 puntos. El inversor cierra su posición, es decir, compra un futuro para cancelar el corto abierto en los 12.200 puntos. Ganancia total: 7.000 euros menos comisiones (no más de 5 euros, si su broker trabaja con comisiones razonables).<br>
Muchos hedge funds –fondos de inversión libre que utilizan estrategias alternativas usan los futuros para seguir estrategias direccionales: es decir, aprovechar momentos alcistas del mercado y momentos bajistas. Y apalancan sus carteras para invertir por encima de su patrimonio.<br>
Sin embargo, es importante entender que se puede abrir cortos en índices sin apalancar su cartera. Vamos a suponer que un inversor especula con 25.000 euros. Quiere poner su cartera bajista pero sin apalancarse nada. ¡Más fácil no puede ser! Deja 23.000 euros en liquidez y luego vende dos contratos mini-Ibex, que tienen un valor nominal de 12.200 euros cada uno. Con el pago de una garantía de más o menos 1.500 euros, el inversor se puso corto de 24.400 euros, es decir, el 95% de su cartera. Y no está apalancado.<br>
Principales futuros disponibles para estrategias direccionales<br>
La explosión del negocio de los futuros se explica por la transparencia y la amplísima variedad de productos disponibles. Hay futuros sobre materias primas, cereales, petróleo, gas natural, divisas, tipos de interés, deuda pública, títulos de renta variable, índices bursátiles, etc. Para un inversor novato en España o latinoamerica, se pueden destacar cuatro futuros de uso corriente:<br>
- Futuro sobre la renta fija: si anticipa una subida de los tipos a largo, puede vender un contrato sobre el Bund alemán (bono a 10 años): si el tipo sube, el precio del bono baja, porque los dos se mueven a la inversa. Tiene un nominal de 100.000 euros y una garantía de alrededor de 1.400 euros.<br>
- Futuro sobre títulos: Meff comercializa futuros sobre algunos títulos del Ibex 35. Sólo los más grandes tienen una liquidez aceptable: Telefónica, Santander, BBVA, Endesa y Repsol. Son imprescindibles si quiere abrir un corto en dichos títulos.<br>
- Futuros sobre índices: Ibex y mini-Ibex son los productos de Meff. El Ibex tiene un nominal de 10 veces el índice (más o menos 122.000 euros a los precios actuales) y una garantía de 7.500 euros. El mini-Ibex es 10 veces más pequeño: nominal de 12.200 euros y garantía de 750 euros. El Dax alemán tiene un nominal de 25 veces el índice (más o menos 150.000 euros) y una garantía de 10.650 euros. El futuro sobre Eurostoxx50 – el producto más líquido en Europa – tiene un nominal de 10 veces el índice (38.000 euros) y una garantía de 2.750 euros. En Wall Street, mini S&P 500 y mini Nasdaq son los futuros más usados por los inversores minoristas. El mini S&P tiene un nominal de 50 veces el Standard & Poor's 500 (más o menos 65.000 dólares) y el mini Nasdaq 100 tiene un nominal de 20 veces el índice (32.000 dólares).<br>
- Futuros sobre divisas: en España se especula con el euro-FX, es decir, la relación euro-dólar. El contrato tiene un nominal de 125.000 euros, ó 62.500 euros en su versión mini.<br>
- Futuros sobre materias primas: varios brokers ofrecen el servicio para el inversor minorista. Los más famosos son el oro y el petróleo. El activo subyacente es la materia prima, lo que implica que la liquidación del futuro se hace por entrega. Por eso, un inversor nunca debe mantener su posición hasta el vencimiento o la fecha oficial de entrega. El futuro sobre el oro tiene como subyacente 100 onzas de oro, es decir, un nominal de más o menos 62.000 dólares. El futuro sobre el petróleo tiene como subyacente 500 barriles de petróleo, por un nominal de 35.000 dólares.<br>
Todos estos instrumentos son de uso corriente en España y latinoamerica, lo que no quiere decir que su broker o su banco le den el servicio.<br>
Guía de inversión en 2009<br>
Se acaba un aciago 2008 para la mayoría de inversores y ahorradores para dar comienzo a un 2009 que no tiene visos de ser mejor. En un entorno rodeado por la incertidumbre y el comienzo de la recesión seguirá habiendo interesante opciones de inversión para todos los perfiles, aunque quizás el mejor consejo sea la prudencia.<br>
El año 2009 se cumplirá el cambio de ciclo hacia una economía en deterioro y la luz no aparecerá hasta 2010. La gran duda de muchos inversores es si el próximo año será ya el momento de entrar en renta variable o si todavía será mejor permanecer en productos financieros más seguros pero con una menor rentabilidad. Los expertos siguen recomendando cautela y apuestan por la renta fija para 2009. Este es el caso de publicaciones como la revista Consumer o de Cotizalia.<br>
Queremos aportar nuestro granito de arena con una guía sobre las opciones de inversión al alcance de cualquier ahorrador medio:<br>
<br>
    *<br>
      Bolsa: el mercado de valores terminará el año muy castigado. Hasta el tercer trimestre las empresas del Ibex habían perdido el 40% de su valor como media y el porcentaje puede llegar al 60% en los casos más acusados al finalizar 2008. En este sentido ya se empieza a hablar de la posibilidad de aprovechar los precios actuales para entrar en el mercado y esperar a que se recupere. Sin embargo, lo cierto es que los analistas todavía esperan caídas hasta mediados de 2009, cuando la Bolsa podría tocar suelo. Esto no quiere decir que no sea una buena inversión o que no se puedan obtener beneficios en Bolsa, sólo que conviene ser cuidadoso, sobre todo si no se tienen los conocimientos adecuados. Una buena estrategia a largo plazo puede ser apostar por compañías que reparten dividendos o los denominados 'blue-chips'. Desde CincoDias ofrecen su particular lista de valores para 2009.<br>
    *<br>
      Fondos de inversión y ETF: han sido uno de los productos más castigados durante 2008 y también de los que más polémicas han desatado. Sin embargo, los fondos de inversión siguen siendo una opción a tener en cuenta siempre que se tomen ciertas precauciones como huir de los sectores relacionados con la crisis financiera. Al igual que en el caso de las acciones la clave está en elegir bien donde posicionarse, ya que la oferta es muy amplia. En este sentido los ETFs parten con una ligera ventaja por su mayor liquidez y sobre todo porque permiten sacar más partido a posibles subidas del mercado. Los más conservadores siempre pueden acudir a un fondo garantizado.<br>
    *<br>
      Futuros, derivados y otros productos de renta variable: son sin duda los que mayores posibilidades de ganancia ofrecen en un mercado bajista. Sin embargo productos como los warrants, CFDs y otr os similares deben reservarse para perfiles arriesgados y con amplios conocimientos del mercado.<br>
    *<br>
      Letras del Estado y deuda pública: son la seguridad personificada, que no es poco en medio de la actual incertidumbre. Sin embargo, su rentabilidad es muy limitada y seguirá siéndolo ante la bajada de tipos de interés. En la actualidad la rentabilidad de las letras del Tesoro a seis meses es del 2,53% y del 3,9% a doce meses. Por lo menos, la previsible caída del IPC en 2008 hará que quienes inviertan ahora puedan superar la inflación.<br>
    *<br>
      Bonos: los bonos del estado son una inversión a largo plazo con rentabilidades muy modestas, pero que puede servir a los más conservadores para 'capear' el temporal. Bien distintos son los bonos corporativos. Su riesgo es más elevado, pero permiten aprovechar mejor una eventual recuperación económica. Según UBS uno de los más interesantes en un plazo de dos a tres años son los bonos senior de Santander y BBVA.<br>
    *<br>
      Depósitos bancarios: han sido una de las estrellas de 2008 y prometen seguir 'dando guerra' en 2009. Los mejores depósitos ofrecen actualmente rentabilidades que van desde el 11% TAE para los depósitos de alta remuneración a un mes hasta el 6,5% TAE a doce meses. En medio, el mejor depósito a tres meses renta un 7%, en tanto que la remuneración a seis meses asciende al 8,16% y la de nueve meses al 7%. Sin embargo, estas ofertas no van a ser eternas y se espera que según bajan cayendo los tipos de interés y la inflación disminuya la rentabilidad que pueden ofrecer los bancos. En el fondo, la clave para estos productos está en el mercado interbancario, ya que las entidades financieras prefieren 'pedir prestado' a sus clientes a los tipos antes mencionados (la rentabilidad que ofrecen por depósito), que acudir al mercado interbancario.<br>
    *<br>
      Cuentas remuneradas: en realidad no deberían aparecer como una alternativa de inversión, sino más bien como una obligación para todos los ahorradores. La ventaja de este producto es su sencillez y sobre todo su total liquidez. El usuario puede disponer de su dinero en cualquier momento y sin tener que esperar ni un solo día. Dependiendo de la oferta, su rentabilidad se puede dividir en dos tramos: la que se ofrece durante unos meses como promoción de bienvenida (en torno al 7% TAE) y la 'real' de la cuenta, que es del 3,5% TAE en el mejor de los casos. Lo suficiente como para batir la inflación y no 'perder' dinero.<br>
    *<br>
      Materias primas: se puede incluir dentro de otros productos de renta variable, aunque merece la pena detenerse un segundo en algunas materias en concreto, pero sobre todo en el oro. Comprar oro puede ser uno de los grandes negocios del próximo año si se confirman las expectativas alcistas del metal preciado.<br>
<br>
Al margen de estas inversiones generales no hay que perder de vista otras operaciones financieras como las amortizaciones parciales de préstamos que pueden ser una buena opción en momentos de crisis.<br>
Inversiones seguras para tiempos inciertos: seguridad vs rentabilidad<br>
<br>
Recesión, crisis, deflación… son términos a los que poco a poco va acostumbrándose el ciudadano medio en un entorno económico nada halagüeño. El cataclismo financiero, quiebra de bancos incluida, ha servido para despertar a los españoles de su letargo en materia económica y ahora muchos se plantean qué hacer con su dinero. Es decir, dónde colocar sus ahorros o el dinero que hasta hace poco estaba invertido en bolsa, fondos de inversión y otros productos financieros.<br>
Una vez que ha quedado clara la solvencia de los bancos y la seguridad de depositar en cantidades inferiores a 100.000 euros con la nueva normativa, hay que empezar a estudiar las alternativas de inversión. En el entorno actual de incertidumbre e inestabilidad lo más recomendable para el inversor medio español, cuyo perfil de riesgo es bajo o moderado en el mejor de los casos, es primar la seguridad frente a la rentabilidad. Aunque existen interesantes oportunidades en el mercado de renta variable, la coyuntura económica hace que la volatilidad sea alta y por lo tanto también la posibilidad de perder dinero, por lo que actualmente es mejor buscar 'refugio' en productos seguros.<br>
En este punto hay dos opciones relativamente claras: depósitos bancarios y letras del tesoro, a las que quizás se podrían añadir los fondos monetarios o algún otro fondo de inversión garantizado. Ahora mismo los depósitos son los que presenta unas rentabilidades más atractivas, aunque es difícil prever hasta cuando podrán seguir manteniendo ese ritmo en un entorno de tipos de interés decreciente. Por el momento la necesidad de liquidez de los bancos sigue manteniendo abierta esa posibilidad, pero no lo hará eternamente. En teoría, llegará un momento en que será imposible que las entidades financieras puedan ofrecer rentabilidades del 5% TAE para depósitos a un año.<br>
Así, conforme nos adentremos en la recesión habrá que pensar en contratar Letras del Tesoro, cuya rentabilidad, actualmente en torno al 3,323% según la última subasta a doce meses, está demasiado alejada de las ofertas de los bancos. Por eso, debe observarse como la siguiente opción cuando las entidades empiecen a retirar sus ofertas de depósitos. Lo mismo puede decirse de los fondos monetarios, aunque en este caso habrá que esperar a que se aclare un poco más el panorama en el mercado de divisas.<br>
A largo plazo, cuando lo peor de la recesión empiece a quedar atrás, puede ser el momento de posicionarse en inversiones algo más agresivas en renta variable para sacar partido de una hipotética subida del mercado.<br>
En cualquier caso nunca hay que perder de vista que el objetivo mínimo debe de ser batir a la inflación para, por lo menos no perder poder adquisitivo. De todas formas, si las previsiones del Gobierno son correctas el IPC de 2008 se situará cerca del 2% para caer hasta el 1% a mediados de 2009, por lo que no debería ser difícil superar esa cifra, sobre todo si nos adelantamos a ese escenario recesionista.<br>
Opciones para superar la crisis<br>
<br>
El terremoto que ha sacudido el sistema financiero mundial ha rescatado miedos del pasado y devuelto la desconfianza en los bancos de muchos pequeños ahorradores. Paralelamente, la quiebra de Lehman y el rescate de AIG también han servido primero para llenar de números rojos las bolsas internacionales y segundo para aumentar su volatilidad. Así, la renta variable se ha convertido en un 'territorio salvaje' sólo apto para expertos y especuladores. De hecho, buena parte de los expertos está aconsejando a los inversores mantenerse alejado de los mercados por el momento.<br>
Esto deja a la renta fija y los productos tradicionales como principal vía de los ahorradores para superar el IPC (que cerrará el año entorno al 4%) y lograr que su dinero no pierda valor. Pero incluso en este punto conviene ser cauteloso. A fin de cuentas, según indica un artículo de Eduardo Segovia en Cotizalia, si AIG ha tenido que ser rescatada, es que no hay nada seguro. Sin ser tan dramático, la realidad es que cualquier inversión, por segura que parezca, siempre implica una serie de riesgos, empezando por el de la quiebra del banco. Sin embargo tampoco es cuestión de ser alarmistas, ya que las posibilidades de quiebra de una entidad financiera en España siguen siendo remotas.<br>
En este sentido, los más recelosos pueden apostar por mover su dinero a través de depósitos de alta rentabilidad, que generalmente operan en plazos cortos y permiten una gestión mas dinámica. De esta forma, siempre podrán anticiparse a posible debacles bancarias. Al margen de estas imposiciones muy a corto plazo, los depósitos se han convertido en el producto estrella de bancos y cajas de ahorro gracias a la guerra por captar el pasivo de los ahorradores. Además, por primera vez también figuran como una de las inversiones más atractivas por su seguridad. En las últimas semanas varias entidades han lanzado interesantes imposiciones a plazo fijo con rendimientos en especie tan espectaculares como un coche (Depósito Sobre Ruedas de Banesto).<br>
Para los que prefieren dinero contante y sonante también hay buenas alteranativas que consiguen superar la inflación estimada para todo el año con diferentes horizontes temporales. De hecho, los mejores depósitos del mercado ofrecen actualmente las siguientes rentabilidades:<br>

    *<br>
      Depósitos a un mes: 11% TAE<br>
    *<br>
      Depósitos a tres meses: 10% TAE (los siguientes en la lista ofrecen en torno al 7% TAE)<br>
    *<br>
      Depósitos a seis meses: 6%<br>
    *<br>
      Depósitos a nueve meses: 5,67%<br>
    *<br>
      Depósitos a doce meses: 6,5%<br>
<br>
En cualquier caso, hay que tener en cuenta que estos depósitos pueden tener algún tipo de requisito por parte de la entidad, como por ejemplo domiciliar la nómina o estar sólo disponibles para nuevos clientes.<br>
Realmente existen pocas alternativas más seguras que los depósitos, sobre todo por la incertidumbre que rodea a los bancos y por lo tanto a los países en los que operan. Esto no quiere decir que no sea recomendable invertir en bonos del estado. De hecho, esta es una opción ultradefensiva que puede actuar como refugio. El mayor inconveniente es que está pensada para el medio-largo plazo, lo que limita muy mucho una gestión dinámica para los ahorradores con menos recursos.<br>
Actualmente el oro y la plata también están funcionando como activos refugio para muchos inversores, pero esta opción no es del todo aconsejable, a no ser que se compren directamente los lingotes, ya que se trata de inversiones expuestas a la volatilidad que domina el mercado.<br>
Además, independientemente de la opción hay una serie de estrategias que los ahorradores deben tener en cuenta, empezando por huir de los productos financieros más complejos, es decir, derivados, fondos estructurados y de los depósitos más complejos. Por otra parte, deben diversificar sus inversiones, pero no por activos, sino por bancos. Esto se traduce en no tener todo el dinero en mismo banco, sino diseccionarlo por diferentes entidades. Y por último, contar con un fondo de reserva en efectivo al que poder acceder en cualquier momento y con rapidez. Evidentemente, existen alternativas más rentables, pero no más seguras. Tal y como está el mercado mejor no arriesgar.<br>
La inversión en renta fija y deuda pública ofrece menos rentabilidad, pero es la más segura en época de crisis<br>
Con la Bolsa española generando pérdidas de hasta el 50%, y las de medio mundo en la situación más inestable del último lustro, los pequeños y medianos inversores se preguntan si 2009 será el momento propicio para colocar sus ahorros en el Mercado Continuo, o incluso si merece la pena hacerlo en alguno de los productos que ofrecen las entidades bancarias. Lo cierto es que el mercado financiero se caracteriza actualmente por la inseguridad, pero también es verdad que el inversor tiene ante sí diversas alternativas para rentabilizar sus ahorros durante este nuevo ejercicio: desde las muchas posibilidades que ofrece la renta fija para los más conservadores, a las que proporciona la renta variable, pasando por la inversión en metales preciosos o ETF. Además, es posible invertir en depósitos (menos interesantes por su menor rentabilidad como consecuencia de la bajada en los tipos de interés), o en los productos derivados de la deuda pública, cuya rentabilidad es mínima, pero ofrecen una alta seguridad.<br>
Invertir en deuda pública<br>
Entre la deuda pública se encuentran las Letras, Bonos y Obligaciones del Estado, que ofrecen seguridad, aunque a cambio de una menor rentabilidad. Esta forma de inversión es una de las menos remuneradas hoy día, pero su contratación puede ser interesante para muchos inversores, dada la actual coyuntura económica.<br>

Letras del Estado: la rentabilidad de las últimas subastas resulta escasa (entre el 2,5% y el 4%). Así, las de las letras a 6 meses ha sido del 2,53%, del 2,47% la de las letras a 12 meses, y de un 3,9% las letras a 18 meses. Entre sus ventajas, sin embargo, destaca la ya mencionada seguridad.<br>
#<br>
Cuentas y Depósitos Financieros en Deuda del Estado: son una alternativa para invertir en Valores del Tesoro, y están comercializadas por las entidades financieras. Mediante las cuentas y depósitos financieros bancos y cajas captan fondos y los invierten de inmediato, por cuenta de sus clientes, en Valores del Tesoro comprometiéndose la propia entidad, de forma periódica, a comprar e inmediatamente revender a los titulares de la cuenta o del depósito financiero los Valores del Tesoro afectos. Su principal ventaja reside en que ofrecen una rentabilidad superior a la de otros productos derivados de la deuda pública, pero están a expensas de la fluctuación de los tipos de interés.<br>

Bonos: uno de los productos más característicos son los bonos españoles, cuya rentabilidad varía en función del plazo. Así, el de 10 años tiene una rentabilidad del 4,03%, el dirigido a tres años, del 3,05%, y el de 30 años, del 4,67%. Es una de las mejores opciones para los inversionistas más conservadores, siempre que dirijan su inversión al largo plazo.<br>
Invertir en renta variable<br>

Bolsa: dentro de este tipo de inversión, la más complicada durante el 2009, la estrategia debería consistir en esperar, y en decantarse por valores que presenten una saneada cuenta de resultados y cuyos productos no estén afectados en exceso por la actual crisis económica. También existe la posibilidad de comprar valores de compañías que hayan caído en el ejercicio 2008 más de un 60%, sin que haya motivos objetivos para justificar este descenso, una alternativa muy interesante para los inversores más agresivos siempre y cuando sepan equilibrar la ecuación riesgo-rentabilidad. Para los ahorradores de carácter defensivo siempre queda la solución de buscar valores que asuman el papel de refugio o los que proporcionen dividendos. Entre las ventajas de apostar por la Bolsa destaca el hecho de que es el tipo de inversión que más plusvalías ha proporcionado a los inversores durante los últimos años. Entre los inconvenientes, obviamente, que no parece ser el momento idóneo debido a la incertidumbre que planea sobre las economías internacionales, así como sobre el estado real de las empresas que cotizan en sus parqués.<br>

ETF (fondos de inversión mobiliaria que cotizan en Bolsa): este tipo de inversión, especializada, necesita asesoramiento de un analista financiero. En principio, su bondad viene determinada por el hecho de que los ETF aúnan las ventajas de la inversión en acciones (sencillez, liquidez, cotización continua en la bolsa) con las de los fondos indexados tradicionales (diversificación, exposición a un sector o país con un único producto). De esta forma, permiten beneficiarse de la evolución de los mercados de renta variable en cualquier horizonte temporal de inversión. También se accede a un amplio abanico de acciones mediante un único producto que cotiza de forma continua durante las horas de mercado. Por último, permite diversificar la cartera sin necesidad de utilizar varios activos, lo que reduce el riesgo y el coste.<br>

Otros productos financieros: en esta categoría se encuadran los fondos de inversión, "warrants", opciones de futuro... Es la opción más problemática para el año 2009 debido a las especiales características de sus respectivos productos, que tienen un alto componente de riesgo. Por otra parte, son los que tienen más probabilidades de obtener una alta rentabilidad, pero en este momento son los productos menos recomendables para encauzar la inversión, además de ser sofisticados en exceso.<br>
Productos bancarios<br>

Cuentas remuneradas: una de las alternativas más interesantes para el inversor medio son las cuentas remuneradas, que ofrecen una rentabilidad que -sin ser muy elevada- no implica suscribir ningún tipo de productos financieros. La mayoría de bancos y cajas de ahorros disponen de este producto, y las hay para todos los gustos y con diversas particularidades. Entre ellas destacan la "Cuenta Ahorro" del Banco Popular (4,10%), la "Cuenta Naranja" de ING Direct (2,42%), la "Cuenta Ahorro" de Uno-e (1,90%) o la "Cuenta Open" de Openbank (2,30%). Entre sus ventajas destaca el hecho de no requerir ninguna aportación especial, y que permiten disponer de una completa liquidez. El principal inconveniente, es su escasa rentabilidad, en especial comparadas con otros productos bancarios.<br>
#<br>
Depósitos a largo plazo: ofrecen mayor rentabilidad en función la estructura del producto diseñado, entre los que abundan los garantizados. Destacan las siguientes imposiciones: el "Depósito a 25 meses" del Banco Popular (5,25%), el "Depósito Fiscal" de Openbank (4,08%), el "Depósito CAM" para dos años (4,00%). También, el "Depósito Naranja 24 meses" de ING Direct (3,30%), el "Depósito Interés Garantizado" de Bancaja (2,78%), o el "Depósito Creciente a 3 años" del BBVA (2,74%). Otros son el "Depósito Creciente a 60 meses" del Banco Sabadell (2,52%), y el "e-Depósito a 24 meses" de Caixa Catalunya (2,00%)... La principal desventaja es que su suscripción puede estar condicionada al cumplimiento de una serie de requisitos.<br>
#<br>
Depósitos a corto plazo: son uno de los productos más populares entre los pequeños ahorradores debido a que han experimentado una notable difusión durante los últimos ejercicios. La oferta es muy amplia, aunque por lo general va destinada a nuevos clientes y a períodos muy cortos de suscripción (entre uno y seis meses), de ahí que la rentabilidad que ofrecen sea superior a la que proporcionan los de larga duración. Dentro de esta categoría destacan el "Depósito Aniversario" de Openbank, que proporciona una rentabilidad del 10,48%, el "Depósito Citibank" a un mes (9,57%), "iDepósito en euros a un mes" de Banesto (6,78%), el "Depósito a un mes" de ING Direct (6,6%). Otros productos a corto lazo son el "Depósito a 30 días" del Banco Popular (4,02%), el "IPF a tres meses" de Bankinter (4,47%), así como el "Depósito a un año" a tipo variable de Caja Madrid (3,26%), el "On Depósito" de Caixa Galicia (2,33%), o el "e-Depósito a tres meses" de Caixa Catalunya (1,75%)... Se trata de un producto muy fácil de contratar y que no requiere excesivos requisitos, a lo que se une la elevada rentabilidad ofrecida por las entidades emisoras para captar el dinero de los clientes. Sin embargo, está a expensas de la evolución de los tipos de interés, de forma que en un determinado momento la remuneración puede ser menor.<br>
Invertir en metales preciosos<br>
Una buena alternativa de cara al 2009 es la entrada en los mercados de metales preciosos, máxime si la evolución de sus precios es positiva, como marca la tendencia actual. Hay varias opciones para diversificar la inversión:<br>
<br>
    *<br>
      Certificados de depósito: es una de las formas más sencillas para adquirir oro en el mercado, su comprador es propietario de oro físico y dispone de un certificado (en papel o electrónico) de dicha adquisición. No tiene la obligación de depositarlo en ninguna entidad financiera.<br>
    *<br>
      Futuros sobre el oro: el diferencial entre compra y venta es mínimo. Dicho de otro modo: el precio de compra es aquél que el inversor abona por el oro en el mercado, y el de venta es el precio al que se puede vender en el mercado en ese momento.<br>
    *<br>
      Fondos de inversión: son fondos que invierten en acciones de compañías mineras y, aunque no son muy numerosos, están presentes en el mercado financiero. Recogen los posibles beneficios que se pudieran derivar de la cotización de los principales metales preciosos.<br>

Let’s face it, when you seek funding for your project, you are going to be flooded with scams, bs, and just plain wacky offers, programs, and so called funding programs.  Here are the facts……<br>
1.	99.9% of the programs floating around are not going to fund your project.  They are either total scams seeking bank information, trying to suck some kind of fee out or you, promising everything, delivering nothing.<br>
2.	There are legitimate sources out there, but they are few and far between, they are not trying to make $500 for an application, or $5000 for due diligence, etc.   They do not need you to fly them to wrap the deal, they are not some unemployed broker, sitting on a computer someplace, living off the fees the foolhardy will pay them for their so called expertise.  They are not secretive and will allow you to check them out completely, and they will deliver funding for qualified projects.<br>
3.	At GrupoREMC  de Costa Rica, SA, we examine the project, the concept, the business plan, the projections, the background of the developer and his or her team, the market and strategies you are working in and with and the “skin” you have in the project.  If you have a viable project, we have viable funding sources that we can match to the project type, the location, and the funding required.<br>
Our sources typically fall into several categories……………….<br>
1.	Guaranteed Programs-These funding sources typically require some type of Bank Guarantee at closing, and proof of ability during the underwriting process.  These “guarantees” take the form of SBLC’s, BG, and credit lines.  They usually offer long term financing, using the SBLC to raise the project funding, and backing the SBLC with their own funds, not yours.  Terms will be from 5-10 years, with rates in the 6% to 8% based on risk and your equity in the project.<br>
2.	Straight debt programs-these sources will have higher interest rates, and closing costs, but offer straight debt financing with the project being the collateral.  Terms will run from 3-10 years, rates from 7% to 9.5%<br>
3.	Joint Venture Programs-Where the funding source provides 80% to 100% of the required financing in exchange for 15% to 50% equity position in the project, board membership, ad project direction ranging from hands off to major involvement.<br>
4.	Combination Programs-May involve elements of any of the above<br>
5.	Hard Money-Very tough deals, tough terms, and if your project does not go exactly as projected, they usually will be the next owner, short term, very expensive money, etc<br>

Let’s face it, when you seek funding for your project, you are going to be flooded with scams, bs, and just plain wacky offers, programs, and so called funding programs.  Here are the facts……<br>

3.	Joint Venture Programs-Where the funding source provides 80% to 100% of the required financing in exchange for 15% to 50% equity position in the project, board membership, ad project direction ranging from hands off to major involvement.<br>
4.	Combination Programs-May involve elements of any of the above<br>
5.	Hard Money-Very tough deals, tough terms, and if your project does not go exactly as projected, they usually will be the next owner, short term, very expensive money, etc<br>

Let’s face it, when you seek funding for your project, you are going to be flooded with scams, bs, and just plain wacky offers, programs, and so called funding programs.  Here are the facts……<br>
1.	99.9% of the programs floating around are not going to fund your project.  They are either total scams seeking bank information, trying to suck some kind of fee out or you, promising everything, delivering nothing.<br>
2.	There are legitimate sources out there, but they are few and far between, they are not trying to make $500 for an application, or $5000 for due diligence, etc.   They do not need you to fly them to wrap the deal, they are not some unemployed broker, sitting on a computer someplace, living off the fees the foolhardy will pay them for their so called expertise.  They are not secretive and will allow you to check them out completely, and they will deliver funding for qualified projects.<br>
3.	At GrupoREMC  de Costa Rica, SA, we examine the project, the concept, the business plan, the projections, the background of the developer and his or her team, the market and strategies you are working in and with and the “skin” you have in the project. 1.	Guaranteed Programs-These funding sources typically require some type of Bank Guarantee at closing, and proof of ability during the underwriting process.  These “guarantees” take the form of SBLC’s, BG, and credit lines.  They usually offer long term financing, using the SBLC to raise the project funding, and backing the SBLC with their own funds, not yours.  Terms will be from 5-10 years, with rates in the 6% to 8% based on risk and your equity in the project.<br>
2.	Straight debt programs-these sources will have higher interest rates, and closing costs, but offer straight debt financing with the project being the collateral.  Terms will run from 3-10 years, rates from 7% to 9.5%<br>
3.	Joint Venture Programs-Where the funding source provides 80% to 100% of the required financing in exchange for 15% to 50% equity position in the project, board membership, ad project direction ranging from hands off to major involvement.<br>
4.	Combination Programs-May involve elements of any of the above<br>
5.	Hard Money-Very tough deals, tough terms, and if your project does not go exactly as projected, they usually will be the next owner, short term, very expensive money, etc<br>
