We are looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom home, fully furnished, for 3-7 weeks starting Dec.11/12- until possibly end of January. House, townhouse or condo is fine, we would prefer a spacious open layout for the main area, min. 1000 sq.ft, great views, security, internet, cable and telephone. We our a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 young children, so the home and neighbourhood must be child friendly and safe. Locations of interest are: Heredia, Alejeja, Santa Ana, Ciudad Colon. It's important that it is close to conveniences, shops, restaurants, bus route, and easy access to hospital, activites and entertainment. If there is an option for a maid/housecleaning and/or driver, that would be a ideal. Willing to pay up to $1200/month (utilities included) for the right house.
