It is very quiet, confortable, clean, safe and very well located, I am sure, that you will feel in HOME In the first floor you'll find a nice KITCHEN with everything you need, ELEGANT dining and living area, nice acuarium, and laundry area with appliances, as well as a nice BBQ area, Private garden and patio, where you can take the sun, read a book, listen some music, have a cup of good wine, coffee or just relax, even a bicycle if you like to make exercise, but if you prefer, the GYM is just 3 blocks from the apartment. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, and away from all common areas on the first floor, so it is very quiet, private and confortable. Come to see it, and I am sure, that you will like it
As for me, I'm a 34 y/o male, non-smoking, easy going, have my own business. I have three small nice and educated dogs, Cocker Spaniel, I like my privacy and respect others and I am not a party guy
