You will find abundant space and privacy for your entire group to enjoy in this 6000 square foot climate controlled house, which includes 6 elegant master suites. Every suite has its own private bathroom and balcony while one of the suites also includes a 2 person Jacuzzi so you can sit relax and have a glass of wine while you look out at the Manuel Antonio national park and beach. From the moment of your arrival, the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, and the jungle surrounding Vista Oceana will greet you. As you approach the main entry and gaze past the custom front door you will you will feel your breath taken away as you take in the vistas and start your luxury vacation. From any of our six master suites you will be lulled to sleep at night by the relaxing rhythm of the waves breaking below, and will be awakened in the morning by the delightful and unique sounds of birds and howler monkeys in the trees outside your windows. As you open your eyes you will be greeted by the by the blue Pacific and many of the small islands just offshore without ever lifting your head from the pillow. When you finally do force yourself out of bed to take a morning shower, you will be enticed to linger under the refreshing streams of water as you are treated to the same wonderful views. Unlike many of the homes in the area that offer little or no ocean view from the pool you will relax in our double sided infinity edge pool that seems to melt into the pacific, which features a swim-up-bar complete with Bar-B-Q, refrigerator and sink so you can sit, eat, relax and watch a spectacular sunset every night. Or enjoy a drink on one of any of the 8 covered decks or balconies for an even more spectacular view. The pool also has an area 12 inches deep for those with toddlers to enjoy. This is one of the few luxury homes that has the main entrance at street level and can be considered handicapped friendly, the gated front entry and security provided by the two car garage at grade level allow for easy access to the main house, and the wide open floor plan makes for convenient use of a wheel chair. There are only three steps between the main living area and the first floor master suite. The main living area is also on the same level as the covered terrazzo and pool allowing everyone to be a part of the fun. wonderfully appointed luxury vacation rental villa sits on a 650 sq.
mt. (7,000 sf) beachfront lot in the exclusive residential gated
community of Hermosa Palms, on Playa Hermosa.
Villa La Costa is an eclectic combination of traditional and modern
elements, showcased in a long article in Costa Rica's
renowned "Estilos y Casas" magazine. Here, tiled roofs, exposed brick
domes, rock walls and world art pieces, including original modern art
paintings by Tico artists, blend with oversized windows, Italian
marble, comfortable mattresses, high-end appliances and an appealing
open layout.
This 227 sq. mt. villa (2450 sf) is rented as one or either main house
(3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms) or guesthouse (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 47.6
sq. mt. (513sf)). The unoccupied house is locked off. Not applicable
during Peak Season.
The main house boasts high ceilings with exposed wood beams and ceramic
tile floors. The living area opens to the terrace through sliding doors
and has a TV, DVD and CD player. The dining table for 6 is complemented
by a beautiful bar cabinet.
The large covered terrace overlooking the beach and pool and a second
floor sun deck are ideal for outdoor living. There are lounge chairs,
couches, hammocks and a dining table for 6. The pool has a separate
children's pool.
The gourmet kitchen, equipped with top stainless steel appliances and
beautiful cabinetry, has a view of the beach and pool. There is a
storage room for surfboards.
The Master bedroom overlooks the terrace. It has a King size canopy
bed, TV, DVD player, desk and an oversized bathroom with marble
coverings, two sinks, whirlpool tub, tempered glass shower and walk-in
closet. The two other main house bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twins) have
their own bathrooms and closets. The adjacent guesthouse has a complete
kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twins) have
closets, and there is a safe deposit box.
The beach club with oversize pool is only a few feet away.
Playa Hermosa is a beautiful, long stretch of unspoiled beach. The
break is the most consistent in Costa Rica,
and well known among surfers. If you don’t surf you will
enjoy walking on it and getting your feet wet.
Hermosa town, only a 5 minute drive away, is the closest stop for
restaurants, bars and groceries. Jaco has more variety just 10 minutes
further north. Golf and fishing are 20 minutes away, at Los Suenos
Resort and Marina.
