Location: We are located in Jardines Del Pacifico, a gated community in Playa Bejuco. The community is located just 200 meters from the water. Casa de Memphis is located in the northern corner of Playa Pelada where the Ostional Wildlife Reserve meets the Pacific Ocean at the corner of peace and quiet. While Casa de Memphis is very secluded, it is still convenient to shopping and other amenities. You can walk to three different restaurants after watching the regularly scheduled 18:30 sunset. If you do not mind a troop of monkeys living in the trees above and a handful of Iguanas that think they have the right of way, this is the place for you. (Some would refer to the location as Critter Central.) Beach, wildlife, the sound of the surf and almost no other people.

This newly constructed, fully air conditioned beach house has two master bedrooms, each with its own massive bathroom, queen size bed, vaulted ceiling and private walkout balcony. The house is fully furnished and equipped to sleep six people. (The bigger of the two bedrooms has an area off to the side that has a bunk bed.) The house is outfitted for the traveling renter. It's spacious (15 feet x 13 feet) room) and has 2 Twin beds that are typically pushed together and made into a King with a Memory foam mattress topper so you don't feel the separation and you bury yourself in the softness (or if one likes it harder & the other softer, we just take off one of the foam toppers for you). Whatever way YOU desire the bed, we'll do it for you! THIS & #1 ARE THE 2 FAVORITE BEDS where many people that normally don't sleep well or long tend to sleep REALLY WELL & LONG!!!! INSPIRATION has a Ceiling Fan, dimmer switch, nice size side tables & lamps, candle holder, lots of closet space (with lock [or bring your own really small lock if you feel the need]) & a pitcher of Water & 2 cups. There can sometimes be a little side street noise in this room (I haven't found many places in Latin countries that don't have much noise - whether it's the occasional neighborhood dog, rooster or car or piercing howler monkeys [not here!]) - mainly when you open the windows (to deal with this, we can provide you with free ear plugs [I'm hyper-sensitive to noise hence why I think of such features though few have been bothered by it] and a sleeping mask if you'd like to use one). "AWAKENING" is another spacious room (15' x 13') with VERY SPECIAL energy with it's purple and fuscha decor! Can you see yourself propped against the sturdy headboard surrounded by LOTS of pillows - looking out onto the lush gardens / grounds? Wouldn't you LOVE to wake up here? A great time to go within and re-AWAKEN your Spirit as peace and calm is emphasized in this room. You can have the bed made up as 2 Twin beds OR push them together and make them into a King and add a king size foam mattress topper. "SECLUSION" is away from it all (hidden off the Kitchen/Laundry Room area) hence VERY PRIVATE. This smaller (14' x 9') room now has 2 Twin Beds that can push together with a strap around it and a foam topper (so you don't feel the crease) to make into a King bed. SECLUSION also has a detached spacious PRIVATE BATHROOM with large walk-in shower for at least 2. SECLUSION is Handicap Friendly/good for someone with minor Mobility issues and includes a bar in the shower** and by the toilet. It also has a: Ceiling Fan, End Tables and Lamps, Candle Holders (quite a few hanging and wall ones), Small Table & 2 Chairs, Dimmer Switch, Locked Closet with Locks (bring your own padlock or borrow one of ours)(note there is a bit of a musty smell in this room [which most people soooo don't notice it])

ROOM 6 - $25*/n (reg. $40)
On a tight budget? The "PUENTE" is our cheapest! The 9.6' x 18.7' room has a Full Size Futon (it's one of the cotton REAL ones that is REALLY firm OR we have a 2" foam topper for it) and a ceiling fan, table & 2 chairs. It shares the tiny bathroom with shower. This room isn't totally private as whomever is sleeping in #2 "Cubby Hole" must walk through The Puente to get to that bedroom. Also, occasionally, whomever is receiving a massage in the back massage room needs to walk through (normally in the day) hence this room must be kept neat.
